'Project Runway:' Central Park in Black

It was the last challenge before Fashion Week on Project Runway and so it was fitting that the designers pay homage to the city that housed them all these weeks. New York, New York was the theme, but they might as well have called it A Study in Black. It was another dull, colorless runway show in a whole season of dull shows but who made it into the final? Once again, four and not three.
