E! Online The major crime in Kathryn Erbe's life has been resolved. A Philadelphia man who benignly described himself as a "superfan" of the former Law & Order: Criminal Intent star was convicted Friday of stalking the actress via the Internet. Things could have been worse for him, though.
Accused of going all the way from Philly to New York to harass Erbe, Charles Nagel was acquitted of interstate stalking, a federal crime, for his attempts to see her on the set of her show.
